Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and technically savvy Assistant Property Manager (APM). We offer competitive pay and benefits for this exempt position. This position would work out of our Atlanta office.
The APM is responsible for addressing and resolving tenant issues and complaints, overseeing any necessary construction, and making recommendations to our Asset Management team. An APM will make decisions with a clear understanding of company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable State and Federal regulatory/compliance requirements. Areas of responsibility include answering tenant and vendor calls, dispatching tenant work order requests, assisting with preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, preparing vendor contracts, processing invoices, and is accountable for achieving established business goals within expected timelines.
