As a Laborer , you'll play a vital role in our projects, specializing in custom flatwork and foundation repairs . Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete surfaces.
- Performing foundation repair tasks with precision and care.
- Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
- Construction Experience, specifically in concrete or foundation, is preferred. We are willing to train the right individual.
- Must have a Driver's License and be able to provide a clean MVR.
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle the demands of the job.
- A commitment to safety and quality in every task.
