Job Description:

Are you an accomplished Project Manager ready to elevate your career with an exciting new role? Take charge of overseeing and conceptualizing multiple ongoing projects in a thriving environment where you can make a significant impact. You will collaborate closely with team members and field supervisors to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are consistently met. You'll also maintain the Gross Profit (GP) for each project while detecting and addressing gaps collaboratively with the Field Supervisors and Vice President of Flooring Operations. Your expertise will guide the allocation of financial and human resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with Field Superintendents managing the jobsite and coordinate with cross-discipline teams to keep projects on track.
• Meet with project team members routinely to identify, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards for deliverables.
• Develop and execute effective communication plans, manage change requests, and facilitate ERP project oversight.
• Manage and report on project performance, including GP within the project, and conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas needing improvement.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in construction.
• Proven ability to lead diverse project teams, deliver timely results, and manage project budgets.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and experience overseeing construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, CAE, Bluebeam, CAD, and reading digital plans.
• Capacity to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems.
