Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Director of Marketing & Communications to lead global brand strategy, integrated marketing initiatives, and corporate communications. This role will develop data-driven campaigns, enhance digital marketing operations, and manage crisis communications while collaborating cross-functionally across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global brand strategy and integrated marketing plans
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Oversee multi-channel communications: digital, print, social, and traditional media
• Lead innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Position the company as an industry thought leader through strategic content and public engagement
• Recruit and manage a high-performing marketing team
• Develop proactive crisis and reputation management strategies
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize marketing operations and customer experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 8–12 years of leadership experience in marketing and communications, ideally in food distribution, retail, or logistics
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and multi-channel strategy
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
• Experience navigating culturally diverse markets
