Position Overview

• A Mix of Settings: Enjoy working in home-based Early Intervention (EI) services, a boutique clinic, and even schools. You'll have variety in your schedule!
• Clinic is in Pleasanton, CA 
• EI caseloads can be built throughout the East Bay -- keep your driving to a minimum!
• Flexible Hours: Whether you're looking for full-time (32+ hours/week) or part-time (15+ hours/week), there are options to fit your lifestyle. Want to work just a few afternoon hours in the clinic? No problem! Hours are available to fit your needs.

The Details:

• 1+ years of pediatric experience required
• CA Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Must have excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively connect with both children and their families.
• Large sensory niche! Use a sensory integration framework to provide interventions for children's fine motor and sensory needs under the supervision of an OTR/L
• Must be able to work in person in Pleasanton, CA or throughout the East Bay 

Competitive Pay & Perks:

• $70-90k/year OR hourly rate: $40-50/hr (depending on experience)
• Bonus opportunities for over 26 direct clinical hours/week
• Mileage reimbursement, health insurance stipend, and a $600/year CEU budget
