Summary

Join our high-producing real estate team in the High Desert as a part-time Social Media & Videography Intern ! This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, motivated individual who is passionate about content creation, marketing, and real estate. The intern will assist in managing social media platforms, producing video content, and supporting marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence and connect with our community. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Shoot and edit videos for property tours, client stories, team features, and event coverage
• Design basic graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
• Help brainstorm and execute social media campaigns and promotions
• Track performance of social media posts and suggest strategies for improvement
• Support the team during marketing events, open houses, and on-location shoots
• Organize and maintain photo and video libraries for ongoing content use
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Qualifications

• Familiar with social media trends and platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Experience with video shooting/editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps like CapCut
• Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable behind the camera
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Reliable transportation for local travel to properties and events
• Available to work part-time , including some weekends or evenings as needed
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (not required but a bonus!)
