Senior Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, production, inventory, and distribution
• Use data analytics to identify improvements and resolve business challenges
• Drive logistics efficiency, vendor negotiations, and continuous improvement with internal teams
• Enhance demand forecasting and inventory management
• Improve KPI tracking and reporting for project visibility
• Support raw material R&D and vendor procurement
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Assist with NetSuite implementation and process optimization

Senior Supply Chain Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years in supply chain management, ideally in alcohol, beverage, or CPG
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, finance, or related field
• Hands-on NetSuite experience, including implementation and automation
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
• Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
