✅ About the Role
As a Specialized Psychological Consultant, you will adjudicate complex disability cases involving psychological and developmental conditions. You'll serve as an expert resource for DDDS adjudicators, conduct high-level evaluations, and help train staff on interpreting psychological evidence per Social Security Administration (SSA) standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Review and adjudicate complex psychological disability claims
✔️ Resolve discrepancies in prior assessments or second opinions
✔️ Provide expert consultation and staff training for DDDS adjudicators
✔️ Conduct or oversee psychometric testing and evidence interpretation
✔️ Ensure compliance with federal disability regulations and DDDS protocols
✔️ Participate in quarterly consultant meetings and continuous process improvement

✅ What You'll Need
✔️ Education: Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Psychology
✔️ Licensure: Active, unrestricted Washington State license in Clinical Psychology
Must be authorized to conduct business in WA
✔️ Experience: 2+ years of post-doctoral clinical training/experience
✔️1+ year of post-master's level clinical experience
✔️Preferred: 5+ years of DDDS consultation experience
✔️ Skills: Proficiency in psychometric testing, medical record review, and SSA disability regulations
✔️Excellent communication and analytical reasoning
✔️ Compliance: Must not be excluded from federal healthcare programs
