TikTok Live Host & Social Media Coordinator – Beauty & Fragrance

Location: Hauppauge, NY (In-Person, Full-Time)

We’re a leading distributor of designer, niche, and Middle Eastern perfumes and skincare products, with a proven track record of creating viral fragrance successes. As we grow, we’re looking for a dynamic, on-camera content creator with a passion for beauty to help lead our social media presence and drive engagement.

The Role:

We’re seeking someone with a strong on-camera presence who’s excited about the beauty industry—especially fragrance and makeup. This is a content-heavy role focused on TikTok live selling, social media engagement, and brand-building. You’ll be the face of our products during livestreams, help drive social media content, and support key aspects of our operations.

Whether you already have a following or are starting from scratch, we’ll provide the tools, training, and support to help you grow. Candidates who bring strong makeup skills or experience with GRWM (Get Ready With Me) and tutorial content are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Camera & Content Creation

• Host daily TikTok live sessions promoting perfumes, skincare, and makeup.
• Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram (including Reels, Stories, and GRWM or makeup tutorials).
• Present products confidently, clearly, and with a polished beauty-focused look.
• Build audience connection through consistent engagement and personality-driven content.

Social Media & Influencer Engagement

• Assist in running our TikTok and Instagram accounts with regular posting and interaction.
• Respond to audience comments and messages, and engage during livestreams.
• Help support influencer outreach and campaign coordination.
• Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and beauty content formats.

Operational Awareness & Support

• Be aware of inventory levels and help flag when products need restocking or listing.
• Support back-office teams by providing feedback and insights from live sessions.
• While technical listing and inventory work is handled by others, your observations will help drive efficiency.
• High-performing individuals may be offered expanded roles and compensation over time.

Qualifications:

• Strong on-camera presence—confident, well-spoken, and engaging.
• Interest or experience in makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
• Comfortable with TikTok trends, beauty content formats, and platform tools.
• Presentable and professional appearance that aligns with beauty industry standards.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Along with resume please submit all social media handles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience with makeup tutorials, GRWM content, or beauty product reviews.
• Past live selling, social media content creation, or modeling experience.
• Existing social media following on TikTok or Instagram.

Team members who show initiative, strong performance, and content excellence will be considered for increased responsibilities and compensation as the brand grows.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, full-time, in-person only.

Location:

Hauppauge, NY – must be based locally or able to commute.
